Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped please allow 3/5 working days for standard shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and free from any signs of use, including perfume scents or makeup marks.
All items are shipped with tags attached. Once tags have been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
